How to use
Peel. Stick. Wear.
- Prepare the skin Clean and dry a hair-free area. Avoid lotions, creams, oils, or alcohol-based products.
- Apply the patch Peel from the backing, press firmly, and smooth the edges.
- Wear time Wear for up to 24 hours. Rotate application sites daily.
- Placement areas Upper arm, shoulder, or lower back.
- Removal Peel gently. Wash any residue with warm water and mild soap. If needed, coconut oil or similar natural oil can help break down remaining adhesive.

- Residue. Clean with warm water and mild soap, or use baby oil.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
- Use within three years of the manufacturing date.
- Check the pack for batch code and expiry date before use.
