Valerian extract
From the root of Valeriana officinalis, a perennial plant native to Europe and parts of Asia.
Valerian root has been used in European herbal traditions for centuries, typically as a tea or tincture taken in the evening.
Purified hemp extract
A 99.7% pure isolate derived from industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa L.), containing no THC.
Hemp has been cultivated for thousands of years across multiple cultures. The purified extract is isolated from the aerial parts of the plant.
Passion flower extract
From the aerial parts of Passiflora incarnata, a climbing vine native to the southeastern United States and Central America.
Used in traditional herbalism by indigenous peoples of the Americas, later adopted into European herbal practice from the 16th century.
Hops extract
From the female flower cones of Humulus lupulus, cultivated widely across temperate regions.
While best known for brewing, hops have a separate history in European herbalism. Dried hop flowers were traditionally placed inside pillows.
Lavender essential oil
Steam-distilled from Lavandula angustifolia, grown in France, Bulgaria, and the United Kingdom.

Before applying: Choose a clean, dry, hair-free area on your upper arm, shoulder, or lower back. Do not apply lotions, oils, or creams to the area beforehand.
Applying: Peel the patch from its kraft backing. Press firmly onto skin and smooth all edges. Apply 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
Wearing: Leave in place overnight. Do not exceed 12 hours. Up to 3 patches may be worn at the same time on different areas of the body.
Removing: Peel gently from one corner. If residue remains, clean with warm water and mild soap. Coconut oil or baby oil can help.
For best results: Use nightly. Rotate the application site each night to maintain adhesion and give your skin a break. Some users notice a difference on the first night; others find the benefits build over several nights of consistent use.
If the patch loosens: This usually means the skin wasn't fully dry, or the area gets too much friction or sweat. Try a different spot. The upper arm works well for most people.
If the aroma fades: Rub the surface of the patch lightly to refresh the lavender scent.
Using with other BonPatch products: Yes. Many customers use SLEEP at night alongside a daytime product like RELAX or VITALITY. Apply each patch to a different area of the body.

Do not apply to broken, damaged, or irritated skin. Do not use in combination with heating pads or heated blankets, as heat may affect the adhesive and ingredients.

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if skin irritation develops and does not resolve within 48 hours of removal.
