I have tried everything nothing works except prescription medication. I tired these the night I received them and I slept, but I had taken my prescription melatonin, so the next night I did patch only and I slept! This has continued I am hooked!

Unfortunately they did not work for me. But even worse it is ridiculously hard to take the patch of the paper. I have used many different types of patches and they are easy and fast to put on. Too hard and-did not work.
