Shipping policy

This covers BonWellness orders shipped to the United Kingdom. Orders ship from the United States and are processed through Shopify Managed Markets, with Global-e acting as merchant of record.

Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday. Nothing is dispatched on weekends or US public holidays, and processing may take longer during peak periods.

Rates and delivery estimates

UK shipping is free on orders of £75 or more, based on your subtotal after discounts. Below that, DHL Express and DHL eCommerce rates are shown at checkout.

Once dispatched, DHL Express usually takes 3-5 business days. DHL eCommerce is slower, and its estimate is shown at checkout. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and customs checks or carrier delays can add time.

VAT and import duties

UK prices include VAT and import duties. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Product availability

Some of our products are not currently available in the UK. Only products you can add to your basket on the UK site can be shipped here.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered and you do not have it, email [email protected] within 7 days and we will help you open a claim with the carrier. If an order does not arrive, your rights under UK consumer law apply.
